Juliano’s menu features the wonderful
flavours of Italy. Our accomplished Head Chef, Francesco Lachini,
leads a dedicated team to create an extensive and mouth-watering
menu that pays clear respect to both local produce and traditional
Italian recipes. Judicious use of fresh herbs is evident in all
his dishes.
If you have a passion for pasta and all things Italian then a visit
to Juliano’s is a must. Each of our entrees are carefully
prepared and gorgeously presented. Whether you’re eating freshly
caught seafood, certified Irish Angus beef, and locally source veal
lamb and chicken, or one of our signature Italian dishes featuring
an incredible array of sauces with a Tuscan flair, dining at Juliano’s
is certainly a treat. From our pan seared King prawns in white wine
and orange, to Penne al salmone e Vodka, and our succulent Frutti
di Mare – calamari, shrimp, clams and mussels and lobster:
Entrees virtually dance off the menu in a fanfare of freshness!
La Dolce Vita! Our featured wines are chosen to enhance your dining
experience from an extensive selection from Italy and other choice
regions around the world. An espresso, cappuccino or café
latte provides the perfect finale, freshly ground and brewed of
course! Also available are Italy’s favourite liquers; Groppa
, limoncello, Amarretto and Sambuce, as are an extensive cocktail
menu and a full range of liquer coffee’s includes Calypso,
French, Irish and Baileys.
Let us not overlook breakfast, where a tempting buffet offers all
manner of juices, muesli, traditional porridge, fresh and dried
fruits, cheeses cold meats and yoghurts. Hot food includes Juliano’s
pancakes with maple syrup, wild salmon and scrambled eggs, a Full
Irish is of course available with a choice of breads, croissants
and fresh baked scones.
